Laser Toner Cartridge Remanufacturing

Laser Cartridge remanufacturing is being done using virgin cartridge. All Laser cartridge remanufacturing goes through a stringent 10 step remanufacturing process which starts from collecting empty laser cartridges, ramaterial inspection, manual inspection, electronic inspection, toner filling, manual test, print test, sealing, packaging& delivery.

The print quality of our remanufactured Laser cartridges is almost equivalent to original and the page yield that you get from our remanufactured laser cartridges will be equivalent to or exceeds original specifications. Our remanufactured laser cartridges can be recycled several times, if recycled from any of our stores saving you lot of money and will also help in reducing e-waste and conserving natural resource. Save Money, Save Nature by using remanufactured laser cartridges.

Inside a Toner Cartridge

1. Toner hopper

The small container built into the removable casing which houses the toner that is applied to the page.

2. Seal

Removable protective strip for preventing toner from spilling prior to installation used in HP and many other cartridges, but not in most Lexmark cartridges.

3. Doctor Blade

Removable protective strip for preventing toner from spilling prior to installation used in HP and many other cartridges, but not in most Lexmark cartridges.

4. Developer or Magnetic roller

Transfers toner to the OPC Drum. Also called a Magnetic Roller in systems using magnetic toner where a magnet attracts toner (containing magnetite) for transfer to the drum.

5. Waste bin

Collects the residual toner wiped from the OPC Drum because it has been charged and can no longer be used.

6. Wiper blade

Stays in constant contact with drum and wipes away any residual toner applied to the page.

7. Primary charge roller (PCR)

Conditions or charges the OPC prior to laser-writing the image. This is accomplished by applying a uniform negative charge. The PCR also discharges or .erases. the laser image.

8. Organic photo-conductor

A multi-film layered aluminum drum, precision ground to extremely close tolerances to ensure the optimum circular surface. Because the quality of the surface of the OPC Drum is the most reliable way of ensuring the overall quality of the cartridge, We use only new OPC Drums.

9. Drum shutter

Protects the OPC Drum from exposure to light while the cartridge is out of the machine and retracts in the printer.

MICR

MICR which is a technology that utilizes magnetically charged ink or toner to print numbers and special characters on the bottom of checks from financial institutions.

MICR TONERS

Banks would be glad to know that world class high quality recycled MICR Laser Toner cartridges, are now available off the shelf for almost all popular HP printers. The import of ready to use cartridges is a very expensive thing to do. We are proud to announce zero failure at clearings of cheques during MICR readings. The MICR toners offered by us use MICR powder. These cartridges cost almost half the cost of a USA made cartridge and it does not damage the printer.

What is the difference between Genuine-New and Aftermarket cartridges?

Genuine-New MICR (GNM) cartridges are new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cartridges which have been modified with MICR toner. These brand new cartridges contain all original components and are then filled with a specially formulated high adhesion MICR toner which meets all standards for proper MICR signal strength. These cartridges are also developed in an ISO 9001 certified facility to ensure consistent quality and page yield.

Aftermarket MICR cartridges are remanufactured cartridges modified with MICR toner. These are OEM cartridges that have been used and then rebuilt with aftermarket components. MICR toner is then inserted to support MICR print applications.
