THE RECYCLING PROCESS FOR LASER CARTRIDGES

• Every cartridge is inspected to ensure that it is functional prior to entering the recycling process.
• Complete disassembly of the cartridge. No cutting, burning or drilling holes in the cartridge.
• Thorough cleaning of the Dust bin, Photocopying drum, Magnetic roller and Master housing.
• Worn and damaged parts are replaced (see diagram)
• Toner release bin filled with high quality powder specifically matched with the drum.
• Complete reassembly of the cartridge.
• Post testing of each cartridge before packing
